Overview

Again yesterday I found it hard to stay away from prepackaged and processed food, I squeeze in as much fruit as possible, but I am forgetting about the veggie, and a bonus with them is that they are free!! You can eat all the fresh, steamed, boiled veggies you can handle, it's great to fill up on them when there is still room in your tummy!

I feel pretty good about what I ate yesterday, but I did notice I ate a lot of prepackage snacks, I find it hard to stay away when I am always on the go, so I already see a weakness I have to work on, and I forgot to mention, in addition to the coffee, I only drink water, I have been trying to give up pop :S

A little more...

Photo~ Moi- today

I feel I should share more, as hard as it is to admit defEAT today I am!! As I have mentioned, last year at this time my teenie waist measured all of 27 inches... t0day... 31 inches. Do not get me wrong, I am aware I am a healthy size, but I fear with my health concerns my waist band could keep growing!! I vow that I will enter my thirties fit and healthy! Since my success last year I have gone from 137 lbs to 162 lbs (sz 6-sz 11), all with in a year!!! That's right folks, I gained a whopping 25 pounds in a year... ugh!

Let me tell you in brief about my glorious year that I might mention my physic seen as a year of self growth, haha she didn't know how true her visions would read, I grew alright!! Last year during the summer I open my very own shop, she was called White Willow Cottage Shop, you could of found her on a tiny side street in the heart of historical Amherstburg, that being said, not many people "found" me. I drop down in hours at the nursing home I am still currently employed at and began running the shop about 3-4 days a week. I put all of my heart into my little shop, some days I would be sitting alone in the shop sewing or painting and find myself SMILING! Some thing I really hadn't done in a while, and never knew you could do alone! I was so proud, after the summer months passed and work slowed down for my husband as well, we fell very hard financially.

We took a much needed trip to British Columbia for my sister's wedding. We had an amazing awakening while navigating up and down the mountains..... this is living!! With our jobs leading us nowhere and mortgage payments depleting our bank accounts and our SOULS we thought, let's go on an adventure, threw the house up for sale and crossed our fingers!! In a couple short months we hope to be living in Alberta, where the work resides until we can make a pilgrimage to British Columbia. So in short we are on a adventure for a better life and I'd like to share my crazy journey (weight loss and cross Canada!) with whom ever shall care to read it! :)

Fresh Starts....Jeggins out!!

Gotta love a fresh start, ahhh Spring :))

Back in January when most people were hopping on the weight loss wagon I was busy keeping the munchie business a float, I worry about those companies around that time of year, I would hate to see them go under, where would I turn to during my monthly lows?? As a life long self diagnosed emotional eater, I have buried many issues under the rug with a bag of Ruffles! When life is banging at my door I have always sought refuge with my familiar friends!

Last year at this time I was at my weight loss A-game, I had lost a total of 63 pounds, leaving my size 16 in the dust, living it up as a size 6!!! Today one complete year later I speak to you as a "chubby" girl again. Ashamed to admit to defeat, (note the word eat, placed within "defeat") I will not be doomed! I want to bounce back, and take some other "chubbies" with me. I had great success with the "Points" system, my last time around, so I think I will pursue it again! Within a few months I hope to be back wearing jeans again, and have tossed my jeggins!! What a terrible creation they are, my plan was to remove them from my wardrobe after December, but instead I just recently bought a size bigger!!!!! The more I dwell on those jeggins, the more I feel they are to blame, how could I possibly know I was growing within that damn elastic band? I think I may burn them as a triumph!

So here I am I want to transform like a pudgy lumpy bulb into a beautiful tall flower for spring!! Follow me and my progress, daily food logs and I will try to encourage my sister to join, while we try to lose weight together from afar, she lives in Vancouver, BC and I speak to you, currently from a teenie tiny rural town, in Ontario!

Running late for work, again!! So I hope to find followers soon... Happy, and Healthy Eating..."eatpraylove" xox ~ ChUbBy cOunTrY GiRL
